Army- If your nco told you they were going to inspect your house what is the max time they have to inspect?

I am in the Army and my nco told me 3 mths ago that she was going inspect my house. What is the maximum amount of time that information is good for? Can my nco tell me that they are going to inspect my house and do it a few hrs later.
