Is he into me (followup)?

I did a question before (IS he into me) and people gave me great answers and if you read my other question you'll see what i wrote about what he does that might make it seem like he likes me but i forgot to put one thing i think he has a girlfriend so that may change alot of things. From the people before and the new people who may write, any more answers?
