What is the best graphics card around at the moment?

i would go with a 5xxx series from ATI, they currently are the leader with the worlds' most powerful graphics card, the 5970, and depending on your power supply, i would go wit a 5x70 model, if the last 2 numbers end in 70 then it is their highest end for that set, it goes 56xx 57xx 58xx 59xx, with the 59xx being the highest and the 56xx being the lowest, i currently have a 5850 and it runs everything great with a 450watt power supply
