15" MA audio subwoofer and 1000 watt Alpine MRP-m500 amp sound quality?

Ive got a 1992 Jeep Cherokee (2door) and I found a good deal on 15" MA audio subwoofer and 1000 watt Alpine MRP-m500 amp. It has a pioneer deck already. I was wondering how this system would sound. How loud (and quality) will it be? Also, how hard it will be to install myself, I know a little bit about audio, but havent done a car stereo before. Thanks guys.
