Does he really like me? he lives about 15mins away but we have hung out before like once or twice?

but we always text and he calls me miss beautiful and gorgeous and cutie and tells me he likes me and we're married on facebook. he also tells me im fun to talk to and does tons of (: and ;) and (; <3 etc.... but yah and he always tells me we need to hangout because we havent in a few months bc im recovering from a torn acl and mcl. Anyways! .. we always text! and he texts me first too. so do you think he actually likes me? oh and he keeps inviting me to his soccer games... i really like him but idk. help me out(:
