Where is the best croissant in or near Studio City?

Returning to LA from Portland, I thought I'd find a comparable croissant to those served at Pacific Northwest patisseries. I can't find anything respectable. (Don't suggest Porto's. It's crescent-shaped Wonder Bread.)
