Who is a better overall player.... matt barnes or raja bell?

I would rather have Barnes. Barnes can rebound well, plays great defense, and provide some scoring off the bench. Bell has a few holes in his game and chucks up a lot of bad shots, hence him shooting 43% from the field for his career.
