I got a dui my b.a.c. was.197! they brought up my last one 28 years ago I was17.can they do that?noone was hur?

I know what I did was so wrong and Im not trying to get out of it. I just am so afraid of going to jail. never been there before.I go back to court Dec.10th for sentencing. any advice sure would help.thank you.
