Wat to do about weight problems?

ok, im 14..5 ft, 135 ibs...im not REAL fat..but im still overweight and have flab...i hate my thighs and my stomach...idk wat to do..i dont eat a lot of junkfood, i drink at least one water bottle a day. i have to admit i dont get much excercise. ive tried dieting, but didnt see much results.ive tried doing crunches and situps, but wasnt getting results either, and also i had a hard time making it a routine...is there anything i can do?
