Are people like Jim Cramer part of the problem?

I've seen him wrong so many times on CNBC. Then you have Wall Street brokers like Rick Santelli putting the blame solely on average Americans for the housing crisis. Can we really put any measure of trust in these clowns? Especially since they couldn't predict a mive financial crisis?
