Fable 2 Question and Tom Clancy's EndWar question?

ok im getting boht of those for christmas and i was wondering since Fable 2 comes out Oct 10 that it will be in stock by Dec 25 since thats 2 mntjhs alter and every one wouldve boughten it already so how much % of a chance do i ahve of getting that w/o pre-oredereing it? and about EndWar did they give any good reviews on that? liek is on any top list? E25 top list? thx
