Any experience with sod?

Altho I'm on SS and try to be frugal, I thinks it's best to go with a company that does nothing but sod, and my cheap sister wants to hire a young man who does not do this all day. Works for a pool company and asking for 15 hourly I don't want to depend on a kid who's looking to make a buck. A do however want to support the work force
