I found smoking screens, does this mean my parents smoke weed?

I was looking in my shed the other day, and I found a toolbox that I'd never seen before. I opened it up and inside were a package of smoking screens. They were unopened and looked like they were there a while. Does this mean my parents used to smoke weed? What can the smoking screens also be used for?
